Shortly about our mini-hotel and the rent-a-car in Montenegro

Montenegro is very nice vacation spot. Our mini-hotel is located in the town of Bar in Montenegro near a beach (about 500 meters). The hotel is mainly suited for calm family rest. We have arranged it so that the noise of roads and sounds of clubs would not disturb our guests.

Mini-hotel:
 
The hotel has been constructed in 2007. It consists of 4 two-room apartments and 4 one-room apartments. We can also help you to rent apartments in neighboring mini-hotels - it is possible to pick up an apartment for all tastes. Price of accomodations in Montenegro is quite reasonable.

All apartments in our hotel have:

• separate entrances;
• separate bathroom with toilet and shower;
• new furniture and modern interior;
• windows or balconies to the sea;
• new TVs (800 channels, the satellite and radio channels), air conditioning, mini-bars, the Internet, IP-telephony (by request).

Our mini-hotel has rooms for cooking, a laundry and a place for ironing.

On the top floor we have big terrace where our guests can relax looking at sunrise and sunset.

The hotel territory:

The hotel has comparatively large territory. There is children's playground, big parking and a place to relax near the house.

• Private parking. The big parking for our visitors is located just near the house. It is great convenience and important advantage here in Montenegro.
• Children's playground. We have a platform for games for our small guests with nursery hill, small houses, a swing, basketball board and other interesting things...
• The place to relax. When children play, adults can look for them from this place near the playground.
• Our visitors often like to have a barbeque in the evening. Meat and fish are simply admirable here!

The environment of the hotel:

• There is supermarket and several small shops near the hotel and nice restaurant on the way to the sea.
• Long (approximately 2 kilometers) pebble beach extends along a coast of the sea. Mediterranean pines (stone pines) grow on the coast. It is very pleasant in hot solar day to take cover in their shadow and enjoy aromas of pine wood, the sea and mountains.
• There are many open-air cafes and little shops along the beach.
• Places to sing and to dance all night exist too.
• You may book a tour around the sea or neighbour highland and many excursions too.

Rent-a-car

Our guests can rent a car. All our cars are new and safe.

• You can book a car in advance, and it will wait for you in specified place convenient for you (an airport, a hotel and so forth).
• It is possible to book a car with a driver.
• We offer automobile children's armchairs and children's walking carriages; you can stowe those in the car's luggage space easily.
• The mobile telephone with local number is given to a customer. Calls from this phone to our company or to the friends who also rented our cars are free.
• We also offer snow chains. It is especially useful at trips on mountain roads in winter time.
• It is possible to book a transfer from an airport to a hotel and/or from a hotel to an airport. The cost of a transfer is 40 euros.

Prices include the price for the rent of the car, insurance and all taxes. Prices are specified in euro per a day.

When you choose a company to rent a car, please pay attention to what is included into the specified price of a rent. Usually the companies specify prices without taxes which are equal 17% at least. Also many companies do not include the insurance in prices, and you should add from 5 up to 9 euros per a day for the insurance when you pay. It can essentially increase the initial price. Our cars are insured  with the highest  risks cover instead of 20% - 30% as it is often offered.
